IT Systems Administrator (2nd Shift)

Looking for an IT role where you can own infrastructure, support plant operations, and make a real impact? This could be it.
We’re hiring an IT Systems Administrator to support both office and manufacturing environments in a fast-paced setting. This is a fully onsite, 2nd shift role (with initial training on 1st shift).
🔧What You’ll Do
- Manage and support network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VLANs, WiFi, security)
- Administer servers, virtualization, backups, and disaster recovery
- Provide hands-on support for plant systems, hardware, and users
- Support ERP/EDI systems, upgrades, and internal applications
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure system reliability and performance
- Drive continuous improvement across IT systems and processes
🎯What You Bring
- 3–5 years of IT Systems/Admin experience (manufacturing required; automotive a plus)
- Strong experience with Windows, SQL Server, Exchange, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and plant-floor IT environments
- Exposure to C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net or similar technologies is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
