Production Line Operator

We're Hiring for All Shifts!
Join a growing manufacturing team at Iris Plastics in Hartsville, TN. We are currently hiring Production Line Operators for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. No manufacturing experience is required, we will train motivated individuals who are ready to work, learn, and be part of a team.
Pay & Attendance Bonus
Earn up to an additional $2.00 per hour through our attendance incentive program.
Starting Pay Rates:
- 1st Shift: $13.00/hour up to $2.00 attendance bonus
- 2nd Shift: $13.50/hour up to $2.00 attendance bonus
- 3rd Shift: $13.75/hour up to $2.00 attendance bonus
Potential Earnings:
- Up to $15.00/hour on 1st Shift
- Up to $15.50/hour on 2nd Shift
- Up to $15.75/hour on 3rd Shift
Shift Schedules
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Monday through Friday
What You'll Do
As a Production Line Operator, you will:
- Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble and inspect products
- Follow quality and safety procedures
- Perform routine production checks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- Assist with packaging and material handling as needed
What We're Looking For
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Forklift experience is a plus
