Position: Full-Time Housekeeping Staff Hotel: Iris Hotel Cape Cod Location: Falmouth, MA

Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, following established standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, contributing to the creation of memorable stays for our guests.
• Stock and replenish supplies in guest rooms and maintain inventory levels.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the appropriate channels.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Full availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to clean a guest room thoroughly within 30 minutes without compromising quality.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel setting is preferred but not mandatory.
