We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative. This individual will be responsible for driving project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring leadership has clear visibility into project progress and key decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Integrated project planning and schedule management
• RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management
• Executive and leadership status reporting
• Governance and stakeholder coordination
• Cross-functional team alignment
• Change control and scope management
• UAT, cutover, and hypercare support
• Documentation and audit readiness
Required Qualifications:
✔ 5 years of Project Management experience
✔ Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Expertise in project planning, governance, and reporting
✔ Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall environments
✔ Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar tools
