This is an early-team role. You’ll be one of our first SDR hires and will work directly with the Co-founder, a proven SaaS sales leader, to help define our outbound motion, messaging, and pipeline strategy from the ground up. If you’re creative, hungry, and coachable—and want a real path into an AE role—this is a big opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Own the top of the funnel: Prospect, engage, and qualify mid-market and enterprise buyers via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative outbound
- Learn the RFP automation space deeply: Understand how teams handle RFPs today, where they break, and how Iris wins
- Book high-quality meetings: Engage decision-makers across Sales, Pre-Sales, Security, and Revenue leadership
- Work directly with the Co-founder: Receive hands-on coaching on messaging, account strategy, and sales fundamentals
- Help shape our sales motion: As an early SDR, your feedback will directly influence playbooks, tooling, and process
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with AEs, Marketing, and Revenue Leadership to drive pipeline and revenue.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000
- OTE: $90,000
