IRI is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join a strong team of HR professionals in the social services industry. As a Talent Acquisition Associate you will play a critical role in the the talent acquisition function of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design recruitment strategy to identify top talent for entry level and managerial postions
- Collaborate with management team to carry out all necessary recruiment activites to achieve program staffing goals and requirements
- Network with various colleges, universities and other organizations to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Create and maintain various reports including applicant tracking, vacancy and turnover
- Onboard new employees ensuring compliance with governing regulations
About You
You are the ideal candidate if you are an HR professional motivated by empowering underserved communities . Being a self-starter, creative, driven, flexible and responsive are critical attributes to be successful in this role.
- You have at least a Bachelor’s degree
- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience Human Resources roles
- You have professional maturity and demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- You have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- You are a problem solver with proven ability to design and implement systems
- You are technology savvy with excellent command of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- You are a good team player and highly energetic

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9 am- 5 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
