Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence related to property transactions.
- Fill in and review real estate documents such as contracts, agreements, and disclosures with precision and attention to detail.
- Coordinate communication between clients, agents, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
- Helping with marketing on social media and mailers.
- Working with Dotloop, Excel, Word, Flex, GIS
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles within real estate or legal settings is highly preferred.
- Using common sense

- Strong analysis skills
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple files, deadlines, and client interactions efficiently.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
