Join our dynamic, fast-growing operations team as an Electrical & Systems Lead, where you’ll serve as the primary on-site authority for electrical distribution, control systems, and mission-critical data center operations supporting liquid-cooled, high-density compute environments. This is a hands-on leadership role that drives day-to-day execution, technician development, incident response, and system reliability across power, cooling, and HPC infrastructure.

- 5 years of industrial/commercial electrical experience, preferably in mission-critical or data center environments.
- Strong expertise in electrical distribution systems (switchgear, UPS, PDUs, transformers, generators, grounding, ATS).
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical, electro-mechanical, and control-system issues, including CDUs, pumps, sensors, and liquid-to-chip cooling components.
- Skilled in reading electrical schematics, one-lines, and wiring diagrams; proficient with electrical testing tools (multimeter, IR camera, insulation tester).
- Working knowledge of server/GPU hardware, fiber testing (OTDR/optical loss), and basic network troubleshooting.
- Proven leadership experience supervising technicians, managing workload, and supporting uptime-critical operations.
- Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and data-center safety standards.
- Effective collaborator across electrical, mechanical, controls, and IT teams;capable of responding confidently under pressure.
- Ability to lift 49 lbs., participatein on-call rotation, andrelocate/commute to Childress, TX.
- Lead on-site technicians, oversee daily workload and performance, and act as the primary escalation point for operational and technical issues
- Direct mission-critical data center operations, ensuring reliable power, cooling, and HPC system performance.
- Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical distribution equipment (switchgear, UPS, PDUs, generators, grounding, ATS).
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical,control-system, and liquid-to-chip cooling issues, including CDUs, pumps, sensors, and controls.
- Support installation, testing, and maintenance of servers, GPUs, fiber infrastructure, and network hardware.
- Conduct electrical testing, IR inspections, system health checks, and ensure proper load balancing and power distribution.
- Coordinate with vendors and OEMs on RMAs, repairs, and infrastructure support activities.
- Maintainaccuratedocumentation, inventory, and CMMS records to support shift continuity and compliance.
- Enforce NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and internal safety protocols,lead response and recovery efforts during incidents and outages.
