This Teammate Will
- Lead and manage field teams and subcontractors throughout construction
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and compliance with local and federal regulations
- Cultivate and reinforce a strong job site safety culture
- Work closely with clients, project managers, and team members to meet goals
- Provide technical insights and recommend equipment/methods for commercial and metal roofing or siding installations
- Participate in pre-construction planning
- Competitive Pay: $90,000-$110,000 | Based on experience and qualifications

- Experience in commercial and/or metal roofing is required
- Proven leadership in construction, especially in commercial roofing or siding
- Strong knowledge of jobsite operations
- Hands-on understanding of OSHA standards and job site safety practices
- Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and technical documents
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work a flexible schedule
- Must have a valid driver’s license
