The Position

We’re looking for a motivated Service Foreman to lead a crew of two, deliver top-quality solutions, and keep customers smiling. If you’ve got the drive, the skills, and the communication to make it happen, we want you on our team!

As a Service Foreman You Will

• Perform installation, repair and maintenance of various roof systems
• Work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
• Oversee a crew
• Complete reporting documents
• Maintain company truck and equipment

Required Skills

• English literacy and competence.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.
• 5 years of commercial roofing experience in various systems
• Ability to supervise and motivate crew
• Good listener—to both coworkers and customers
• Possess a clean, valid driver’s license
