As a Project Coordinator, you'll be an important part of the team responsible for taking projects from award through completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Project Managers with multiple active commercial roofing and construction projects
- Coordinating project documentation, schedules, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and closeout requirements
- Communicating with customers, vendors, subcontractors, field personnel, and internal departments
- Tracking project deadlines and following up to make sure critical items don't fall through the cracks
- Assisting with material procurement and project logistics
- Maintaining accurate project files and documentation
- Helping identify and resolve project issues before they become bigger problems
- Supporting the financial and administrative side of projects
- Learning the operational and technical aspects of commercial roofing and construction
