Are you a natural hunter who'd rather make 50 calls than wait for the phone to ring?
IRBY Group's new home construction division is launching our Build On Your Lot program -- affordable new construction homes built on land our customers already own, starting under $200,000. We need a driven, self-starting salesperson to build this program from the ground up through cold outreach, relationship building, and hustle.

Compensation: OTE: $100,000 , consisting of $40,000 - $50,000 base salary DOE commission per signed construction contract. At full production, total comp is $100,000 . Paid vacation and health benefits.
