You’ll play a key role in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate recruiting data, directly supporting the success of our expanding national team.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for clinical, administrative, and corporate roles.
- Coordinate candidate communications, interviews, and follow-up with hiring managers.
- Manage applicant tracking spreadsheets and reports using Google Sheets and AI tools.
- Post and manage job listings on really and other recruiting platforms.
- Support HR leadership with onboarding processes and new hire paperwork.
- Track recruiting performance metrics (time-to-hire, candidate response rates, etc.).
- Contribute to HR team initiatives, including staff retention and culture-building.
- Earn bonus eligibility tied to successful retention rates of recruited employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Preferred but not required).
- Prior experience in recruiting, HR support, or healthcare administration (Preferred).
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and roles (Required).
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with close attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets (Required).
- Experience with recruiting platforms (e.g., really, LinkedIn) (Preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outgoing, professional demeanor with ability to engage with candidates.
