Overview
As Director, Employer Branding & Talent Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that enhance IQVIA’s reputation as an employer of choice and attract top talent to the organization worldwide.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the latest marketing trends, tools, technologies, and digital marketing best practices to ensure recruitment efforts are innovative and effective.
As a vital member of the Global Talent Acquisition leadership team, you will collaborate with global and regional leaders to assess evolving hiring needs to ensure enterprise messaging and creative are relevant to key talent pools.
Responsibilities
- Lead team of highly engaged digital, content, creative and operational professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure team is growing professionally and meeting business objectives
- Develop and implement strategic plan to grow and evolve the global careers website (and accompanying language instances) including design, development, and maintenance
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure web projects and talent marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Create, execute, and manage talent marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve KPIs
- Manage budget and strategically allocate resources across talent attraction efforts to maximize ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 8 years’ experience in digital marketing, recruitment marketing, employer branding, or related field, with strong track record of success (portfolio of work is required)
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience leading a high-performing team
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and team members
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing best practices
- Familiarity with web analytics and monitoring tools such as Google Analytics
