AGENCY DIRECTOR NEEDED
We are a faith-based modeling and talent agency, 33 years in business, seeking a hands-on director to oversee daily operations, manage staff, secure bookings, and ensure the agency reach its revenue goals. The director will work closely with other team leaders to keep everything running smoothly while maintaining a professional, values-driven environment and supporting the agency’s long-term vision. The ideal candidate has had management, marketing, sales, or business experience. Plus, is results-oriented, takes initiative, and is committed to helping the agency grow and succeed. Responsibilities: * Oversee all daily operations of the agency and ensure objectives are met efficiently * Search for and book modeling and acting jobs for talent * Assist with lead generation and events alongside the Public Relations Director * Set appointments, interview, and sign new models and talent * Manage staff and workflow to maintain high performance and accountability * Collaborate with the Operations Manager on financials and agency/talent records * Ensure revenue goals are achieved and track performance against targets * Maintain a professional, values-driven, drama-free environment * Help grow the agency while protecting its standards and long-term vision * This is a leadership role requiring initiative, strategic thinking, and hands-on involvement. The director must align with the agency’s faith-based values and uphold its mission in every decision. Requirements: * Management, sales, or leadership experience preferred * Interest in modeling, acting, or the entertainment industry * Strong organization and communication skills * Self-motivated and dependable * Able to work independently * Must be responsible, accountable, and aligned with the agency’s values * This position is not suitable for someone who requires constant supervision or prefers a corporate-style environment. * This position is ideal for candidates who are invested in the agency’s long-term success and vision. Compensation: * Pay is hourly for at agency office hours and revenue percentage for scouting and booking. * Bonuses, and growth opportunities are available for the right candidate. A salary is possible if revenue goals are met and maintained. Hours: * This position is hybrid. Office hour requirements are Tuesday afternoons and Saturdays. These two days are mandatory. * Hours in agency are Tuesdays from 130pm to 430pm and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. * Other hours are remote. PLEASE NOTE: * Serious applicants only.
