About the Role
The Field Marketing Manager will own regional GTM, empower field sales, activate SMB ecosystems, and drive accountable pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute localized marketing strategies aligned to priority territories and verticals.
- Translate national marketing strategy into region-specific programs that support outbound and field sales teams.
- Identify high-opportunity markets and build account-cluster targeting plans in partnership with Sales Leadership.
- Partner directly with field reps to support territory planning and pipeline acceleration.
- Design and execute high-ROI events, association sponsorships, trade shows, and localized activations.
- Build relationships with local industry associations, chambers, and ecosystem partners.
- Develop vertical-specific field campaigns targeting SMB decision-makers (Owners, HR Leads, Ops Leaders).
- Execute hosted events, roadshows, roundtables, and micro-activations that resonate with small business operators.
- Own performance metrics for field-sourced and influenced pipeline.
- Partner with Demand Gen to align field and digital campaigns.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to align marketing efforts with territory expansion and field sales strategy.
- Integrate AI and automation into research, content production, testing, and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- 5 years of field marketing, regional marketing, or sales-aligned B2B SaaS experience.
- Proven experience supporting SMB-focused sales teams (10–500 employee businesses).
- Direct experience building pipeline through field sales alignment and localized strategy.
- Strong understanding of vertical marketing (construction, staffing, healthcare/ABA, field services preferred).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to report on pipeline impact and revenue contribution.
- Experience working closely with outbound and field sales teams.
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution in a growing organization.
- Willingness to travel to key markets and events as needed.
Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
