Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Recruiter position based in Des Plaines, IL. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes. You will collaborate closely with department managers to define hiring needs, create job postings, screen resumes, and identify top talent. Additionally, you will work to build positive candidate experiences while ensuring recruitment aligns with the company’s goals and standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and conducting interviews
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
