iQ Home Care is looking for experienced roofers, framers or painters, pressure washing for exterior residential services, who have experience working with ladders to install holiday lights on roof lines, peaks and gutters. We are looking for positive, physically fit people to join our professional, friendly field teams throughout the Orlando Florida and surrounding areas.
Ability to work with ladders and comfortable with heights is a must
Able to lift 75 pounds and perform physical work including bending, lifting and handling tools
Weekend availability when needed
Candidates MUST be 21 years of age AND have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for insurance purposes .
You may be a great fit for this position if you have previous experience in roofing, landscaping, painting, gutter installation, maintenance and general labor!

Responsibilities
-Valid standard driver’s license and reliable transportation
-A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills
-Physically able to lift 75lbs repeatedly
-Comfortable with heights and working on ladders
-Previous physical labor and/or customer service experience is a plus!
-Use of software and internal company systems as needed (friendly use)
-Time management
-Responsible on schedules (be on time)
- Daily Report of completed task, jobs, services etc
-Daily Report Time arrival and completion
-Upselling product and services
-Provide customer service
-Follow Instructions as necessary
Skills
-Friendly personality
-Experience in labor jobs and/or a strong work ethic
-Ability to work with ladders, and comfortable with heights is a must.
