Position: Long-Term Substitute Infant Room Assistant Teacher
Location: Tiger Tots Learning Center – Ipswich Public Schools
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:45 PM
Duration: Immediate start through mid-December
Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
About the Role
Tiger Tots Learning Center is seeking a caring, reliable, and attentive Long-Term Substitute Assistant Teacher to join our infant classroom immediately. You will work alongside our Lead Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom management and care routines.

Prepare and give bottle feedings according to individual care plans.

Handle diaper changes and maintain a clean, hygienic environment.

Take infants on walks around the school premises.

Engage infants with age-appropriate activities, play, and developmental support.
Qualifications

Prior experience working with infants or young children in a childcare or educational setting preferred.

Strong communication skills and a patient, warm demeanor.

Ability to pass required background checks.
