We’re building a team of driven, versatile Account Executives (AE) to join our growing team.
This is a unique role combining robust outbound prospecting, account management, and overall revenue ownership of an assigned customer segment or region. The position is in-office, 5 days per week, in our Boise metro office.
You’ll be responsible for generating qualified opportunities and nurturing them through the early and mid-stages of the sales funnel, managing your overall territory, performing remote presentations, and taking ownership of closing deals within your scope to meet or exceed your sales quota.

You will touch all aspects of the prospect’s journey, with the overall goal of increasing IPSecure’s customer base. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and the Leadership teams will be essential as IPSecure continues to grow.
Candidates with direct relevant experience in one or more of these areas will be given priority.
· Online brand protection, Anti-counterfeiting, or IP enforcement
· Marketplaces platforms, notably Amazon & Walmart, and their inner workings
General responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and reach out to potential prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on target customer profiles.
- Maintain detailed records of all outreach and interactions in our CRM.
- Manage a pipeline of mid-market accounts from qualification through to close.
- Conduct product demos and tailored presentations for prospects.
- Create and deliver quotes or proposals as needed.
- Negotiate and close deals within your assigned deal size threshold.
- Follow up with existing leads and re-engage cold prospects.
· Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings set, and revenue closed.
Skills & minimum requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role (B2B experience required)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in lead generation and/or sales closing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with outbound cold outreach and objection handling.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, with real attention to detail.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to help cultivate, build, and maintain a competitive and fun working environment.
