SEO Coordinator

iPostal1, the leading provider of Digital Mailbox technology worldwide, is seeking a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Coordinator to join our team. Our website, www.iPostal1.com, lists 3,000 addresses, including retail pack and ship stores, 1,000 Staples stores and coworking spaces. Customers choose a mailing address for business or personal use and view and manage their postal mail and packages anywhere with an app or online.

This position is responsible to turn the manager’s AI-first plan into published, AEO-optimized pages at scale, ensuring that iPostal1 answers appear wherever users and AI systems search. This position will be based out of our Montebello, NY headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate freelancers, deadlines, and revisions.
• Translate the manager’s AI-first roadmap into precise writer briefs that leverage curated user questions, relevant keywords, and AEO formatting.
• Develop SEO titles, descriptions, structured headings, internal links, and FAQs for landing pages and new content.
• Support the SEO/AEO Manager by assisting in the development and publishing of internal reference content needed for Wikipedia citations.
• Maintain internal link maps so navigation and AI crawl paths remain clean.
• Track priority searches in both SEO and AEO contexts, surfacing issues quickly.
• Log shipped work to enable page-level readouts of SEO and AEO impact.
• Log and execute content hygiene updates as directed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in SEO.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional grammar, spelling, and attention to detail and professional in all written materials.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to implement strategies that comply with those practices to improve search visibility and user engagement.
• Experience with utilizing AI platforms, such as ChatGPT.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered.
