Role: Business Analyst with Mulesoft Integration
Location: Paramus, NJ or Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)
W2 only
16 years of overall IT experience
Strong Business Analysis experience with enterprise integration projects
MuleSoft integration knowledge is mandatory
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end business analysis for enterprise integration initiatives.
Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Create business process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with architects and MuleSoft integration teams on solution design.
Conduct stakeholder workshops, backlog grooming, and requirement sessions.
Perform impact analysis across upstream and downstream systems.
Write user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Support development, QA, UAT, and defect resolution activities.
Prepare process documentation, interface specifications, and integration documentation.
Drive process improvements, change management, and business readiness for releases.
