The role
Partner with the Plant Manager and operations team to drive informed decisions that improve profitability, efficiency, and long-term growth for IPL Schoeller North America.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the site’s financial business partner, providing accurate and timely analysis to guide decisions.
- Lead all finance operations for manufacturing, ensuring strong controls and compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and growth; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Oversee financial processes including monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory control, and capital projects.
- Drive efficiency initiatives, monitor variances, and support internal audits.
- Full income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow responsibility for the plant.
- Analyze financial data, variances, and inventory; prepare reports and forecasts.
- Lead annual budget and monthly forecasts.
- Maintain internal controls and support audits.
- Provide proactive financial insights to plant leadership.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA preferred).
- 5–7 years in manufacturing finance with strong cost analysis experience.
- Expertise in US GAAP and managerial accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, graphs).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
