We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a full-time, on-site position. As a part of our paralegal team, you will engage in a range of tasks including the preparation and review of legal documents, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and filing with the court. This role involves close collaboration with attorneys and clients, effective case file management, and providing comprehensive administrative support.
Qualifications
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, or a related field required.
- Certification from an accredited paralegal program.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a litigation paralegal.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation, review and filing.
- Strong skills in legal research.
- Experience in drafting pleadings and motions.
- A collaborative approach to working with attorneys and clients.
- Competence in managing electronic case files.
- Prior experience in family law is preferred.
