Administrative Assistant (Client Service Team – Wealth Management)

About the Role
We are a growing fiduciary wealth management firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client service team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on staying organized, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in getting the details right. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive a smooth, responsive, and professional experience.
This is not a typical “front desk” position—this role is integral to how our firm operates and serves clients.
What You’ll Do
- Manage scheduling, calendars, and client meeting coordination
- Prepare and organize client documents and paperwork
- Track outstanding items and follow up to ensure completion
- Maintain accurate client records in our systems
- Assist with client communications and service requests
- Support advisors and operations team with day-to-day tasks
- Keep internal workflows organized and moving forward
