You will:

Lead and execute medical strategy across multiple accounts, serving as the day-to-day medical lead and providing strategic insight and leadership.

Translate scientific data into actionable communications, ensuring that each piece of content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with brand objectives.

Lead new business pitches, contributing medical insights, crafting immersive content, and identifying strategic opportunities for growth.

Collaborate across teams-working closely with clients, internal teams, and HCPs to deliver omnichannel engagement strategies that connect with audiences.

Mentor junior team members, offering guidance, feedback, and support for their professional development.
We're looking for a seasoned professional with both the technical expertise and the strategic mindset to drive our clients' success.

Advanced degree (MS, MD, PhD, or PharmD) in a scientific or clinical discipline.

4 years of experience in medical communications, healthcare marketing, or related fields, with a proven ability to lead medical strategy across brands.
