What does the internship program entail?
As a Project Management Intern, you will support the planning and delivery projects and programs for the EMEA region and business functions. You will work closely with Project Management team to help ensure that plans are well-structured, risks are tracked, stakeholders are aligned, and actions are followed through to successful completion.
You will contribute to day-to-day project operations, including project planning, RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), status reporting, change control documentation, budget/resource tracking support and meeting preparation (agendas, notes, actions).
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
- Maintain project documentation, including action logs, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and progress reports.
- Support the preparation of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation documents.
Stakeholder Support
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Technical Support) to collect updates and gather requirements.
- Help organise cross‑functional meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Assist in communicating project updates to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
Data & Reporting
- Update project dashboards and reporting tools to reflect accurate project status.
- Support data analysis activities to identify trends, delays, or potential risks.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and summarised reports for senior leadership.

Additional Information:

We spend around 60% of our time in the office and around 40% of our time working remotely. Some individuals may be required to work from the office or client sites more than 60% of the time, if required by their role and/or client needs.
Your precise work schedule will be determined by you, your Line Manager and HR before commencement of your internship program with IPC.
