What does the internship program entail?
The FP&A Internship program provides hands-on exposure to corporate financial planning and analysis within a dynamic business environment. As an intern, you will work closely with finance team members to support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting processes, gaining practical experience analysing financial performance and business drivers. Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to work with real financial data, assist with variance analysis, and contribute to financial models and reporting used by leadership to inform decision-making.
The internship also offers mentorship from experienced finance professionals, exposure to financial systems and analytical tools, and opportunities to participate in cross-functional projects that support the broader finance organization. This experience is designed to develop strong analytical, technical, and communication skills while providing insight into potential career paths within FP&A and corporate finance.
You may:
- Assist with monthly financial reporting, including preparing variance analysis versus budget/forecast and prior periods
- Support the forecasting process by updating models and tracking key revenue and expense drivers
- Help maintain and improve financial models, reporting templates, and dashboards used by the FP&A team
- Compile and analyze historical financial data to help inform forecasts and business planning
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Product) to gather inputs and understand business drivers impacting financial results
- Contribute to special finance projects such as scenario analysis, pricing analysis, or margin improvement initiatives
- Collaborate on budget preparation, consolidating inputs, and ensuring alignment with financial goals
- Conduct any research, analyze data, and prepare actionable insights for any ad-hoc financial need

Essential Skills and Experience to be Successful in the Role:
- Recent graduate or be in your last year of a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Finance or related field
- Excellent English language skills

- Comfortable navigating through ambiguous and ever-changing situations
- Proficient in Excel and familiarity with data reporting and analysis tools

Additional Information:

We spend around 60% of our time in the office and around 40% of our time working remotely. Some individuals may be required to work from the office or client sites more than 60% of the time, if required by their role and/or client needs.
