We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you'll be the central point of coordination for incoming customer service requests, ensuring each inquiry is routed quickly and accurately to the appropriate team for resolution.

What You'll Do
- Receive and process customer service requests by phone and email.
- Log, review, and prioritize incoming requests for timely resolution.
- Route service requests to the appropriate internal teams or representatives.
- Communicate with customers by providing acknowledgments, updates, and routing information as needed.
- Monitor service requests to help ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and escalate trends to management.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by recommending ways to streamline workflows and enhance the customer experience.
- Prepare reports to support customer service operations and other business needs.
- Assist with gathering and reviewing daily status reports to support the Customer Service team.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, dispatching, call center, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry and recordkeeping abilities.
- Ability to prioritize competing requests and perform well in a high-volume environment.
- Experience using CRM, ticketing, or customer service software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize when issues need to be escalated.
