What You’ll Do:
Order Processing
- Efficiently handle incoming distributor orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify product details, availability, pricing, and special requirements.
- Manage order entry, changes, status inquiries, and swiftly resolve issues.
Distributor Engagement & Growth
- Actively build strong relationships with distributors to drive revenue growth.
- Be their go-to contact, addressing inquiries and spotting upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge to identify complementary offerings.
- Seek new distributor partnerships and introduce them to IPAP’s exceptional services.
- Assist in smooth, seamless onboarding for new distributors.
Customer Relationship Management
- Proactively connect with distributors to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and other teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Gather feedback to drive improvements and enhance overall satisfaction.
