Senior Program Manager - Networking/TelecomWe are looking for a full time Senior Program Manager to join our US team. This role is based out of our office in Santa Clara, California.IP Infusion is looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee programs that support our organization’s main objectives. Work collaboratively with internal and external customers to help deliver compelling products on time and with high quality. Demonstrate the following capabilities:
- Ensure programs are aligned to business goals. Monitor and track project progress with input from all stakeholders.
- Capture and communicate project scope, deliverables, priorities, and status.
- Manage timelines, work with leaders to ensure resource coverage, and address challenges.
- Address individual project needs, gather feature lists, track changes, and identify risks using project management tools.
- Document processes, track cost and resource utilization, and maintain detailed records for all releases.
Program Managers must exhibit skills in on-time delivery with quality, including:
- Leverage a Business, MIS, or BS degree in Computer Science, or equivalent training.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-release software programs for carrier-grade networking platforms (IP/MPLS, SR, EVPN, Optical, 5G Transport).
- Possess 5-10 years of experience leading complex projects, preferably in networking.
- Use leadership skills to track tasks, manage risks, resolve conflicts, and solve problems.
- Communicate clear decisions in a polite, respectful, and collaborative manner.
- Highlight risks, explore mitigation plans, and ensure successful program outcomes.
- Negotiate cross-functionally for customer and company success.
- Present data-driven metrics, dashboards, spreadsheets, action items, and meeting minutes to share information to align global teams.
- Manage project costs, budgets, and resource allocation. Maintain meticulous records of approvals and delivery to customers, adhere to the IPI Process Flow, and provide granular reports for each feature and release per geography.
- Work closely with all peers, departments, upper management, and customers.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and be agile in responding to changes in priorities.
- Address the need for global deployment teams, projects, and resources.
- Demonstrate knowledge of program management tools (such as ProScheduler or Asana) and expertise in Atlassian tools (especially Jira and Confluence).
Pay: $175,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year
