Iowa RoofPros is looking for established residential roofing crews to join our team as Growth Partners.
We're looking for smaller contractors who want to focus on what they do best—installing roofs—while we handle marketing, sales, customer acquisition, project scheduling, contracts, invoicing, and collections.

What We're Looking For
- Experienced residential asphalt shingle roofing crews
- Professional workmanship and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to complete projects on schedule
- Strong communication with project management
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe job site
Requirements
- Must carry General Liability Insurance
- Must be registered with the State of Iowa if based in Iowa
- Must be registered with the State of Illinois if based in Illinois
- Trucks and trailers must not display another roofing company's name or branding
- Ability to provide references and photos of previous work is preferred
Preferred but Not Required
- Dump trailer ownership
Crews with dump trailers may receive higher compensation due to reduced disposal and logistics costs.
