The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Pediatrician to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in West Burlington, IA!
Position Highlights
- Work/Life Balance: flexible & consistent schedule within clinic hours of M/T/W/Th: 7AM - 6 PM; Fri: 7am - 5 PM
- Full-Time Role: 36 patient contact hours, 4 admin hours per week seeing on average 18-20 patients per day
- Full supportive provider team includes: 1 Pediatrician, 1 Pediatric NP, & 1 Pediatric PA Clinical Support Staff
- Financial Support: Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through state & federal programs
- Competitive Salary: starting around $246,000 and up based upon experience quality & productivity incentives. Opportunity for sign on bonus with service commitment.

- Licensing and Professional Subscriptions: Reimbursement provided.

- Continuing Education: 5-10 paid days and $1,500-$2,700/year based on experience

Requirements
What you’ll need
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency program
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Iowa
Salary : $1,500 - $2,700
