What you’ll need
The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time General Dentist to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Spencer, IA!
Position Highlights
- Work/Life Balance: flexible schedule within clinic hours of Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm seeing on average 14 patients per day hygiene checks
- Full supportive team includes: 2 dentists (including this position), 1 dental hygienist, and 5 dental assistants.
- Financial Support: Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through state & federal programs
- Competitive Salary: $180,000 - $230,000/year based on experience.
- Sign On Bonus: $20,000
- Contract Length: 3 years
- Operatories: 7
- EHR: Epic Wisdom
- Licensing and Professional Subscriptions: Reimbursement provided.
- Comprehensive Insurance: Medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability, long-term disability, and flexible spending available.
- Continuing Education: $3,000/year and 5 days for CME
- Paid Time Off: 160 hours PTO available for full-time salaried employees and 8 paid holidays per year ( 1 floating holiday after 6 months of employment)

- DDS/DMD degree from an approved dental school
Salary : $180,000 - $230,000
