- Clinic Hours: Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm (open to flexibility); no evenings, weekends, call
- Sees on average 14 patients per day hygiene checks
- Provider team includes: 1 dentist, 1 dental hygienist, and 2 dental assistants.
- Operatories: 2
