Job Summary:
Iowa Flatworks is hiring a dependable, hardworking concrete crew member. We do residential and small commercial work around the Cedar Falls/Waterloo area. Finishing experience is preferred, but we’re open to hiring a strong laborer willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Pour and finish concrete driveways, sidewalks, slabs
- Set forms and rebar
- Use hand and power tools
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and site prep
- Work as part of a small, efficient crew
Qualifications:
- Concrete or construction experience preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
- Valid driver’s license and transportation
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Good attitude and follows instructions well
