About the Role
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you are often the first and last impression our patients have. You help keep the day running smoothly while creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient.
What You’ll Do
- Greet patients in person and on the phone
- Schedule appointments and check patients in/out
- Verify & authorize insurance
- Collect copays and order contact lenses
- Communicate clearly with teammates and providers

Schedule & Growth
- Scheduled for 37 hours during the week 1 Saturday per month until noon
- One shift during the week until 6 pm - office closes at noon every Friday
- Our team works across all 4 metro locations on occasion, so flexibility to work at different locations is an important part of the role.
