The Role
As Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation and discovery through to launch and iteration. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to deliver products that are both technically robust and customer-centric. You'll be a key voice in shaping product strategy and roadmap prioritisation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals
- Gather and synthesise customer insights, market research, and data to inform product decisions
- Write clear product requirements and user stories for engineering and design teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless product delivery and go-to-market execution
- Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on data and user feedback
- Communicate product priorities and progress clearly to senior stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 6 years of product management experience, ideally within fintech, financial services, or a related tech environment
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex problems into clear, actionable product solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to guide decisions
