General Maintenace - Bronxville (78879)

Assist facilities department with various projects.

• Duties will include moving furniture, assisting with custodial, trades and grounds work.
• Must be able to lift and move furniture lift over 50 lbs
• Replace light bulbs 
• Clean shops and maintain equipment in an orderly fashion
• Painting 
• Assist in snow removal
• Assist with recycling
• Respond to other needs as requested by management
