As a BCIon Intern, You Are Responsible For
Performing essential office and support functions. The intern will assist with document handling, data organization, and other administrative tasks that help ensure efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, copying, scanning, and indexing loan and dealer documents
- Accurately organize and maintain physical and electronic files in accordance with company policies
- Assist with data entry and document preparation as needed
- Conduct low‑volume phone contact, such as confirming receipt of documentation or routing calls to appropriate team members
- Provide administrative support to Customer Service and Operations staff, including ad‑hoc projects and special assignments
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion
- Follow established procedures and compliance requirements related to documentation and record retention
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a high school, college, or university program.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
