Product Specialist Intern – Oxford, CT
Job Summary:
Gain professional experience in a business setting. Interns will be expected to perform duties of Business and Engineering personnel to the extent possible based on their level of curriculum completion.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and correct discrepancies found in ERP system
- Maintain accurate, orderly project records, including data, customer specifications, directives, etc.
- Identify drawing classification and structure database
- Interact with internal customers as an engineering representative
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Attendance is an essential function of this position
Job Requirements:
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude displayed through personal hobbies/projects or work experience
- Ability to handle tasks and prioritize with minor direction.
- Computer proficiency with Excel skills.
Education:
- Working towards Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or industrial distribution, related field.
