- Implement and supervise company safety program and ensure compliance with OSHAjob site safety requirements.

- Perform jobsite safetyaudits and report findings to company leadership.
- Provide Safety Orientation to all new hires.
- Conduct monthly mass safety training.
- Provide training and be competent in:Fall Protection, Excavations, Confined Spaces, Traffic Control, and all associatedRoad Construction Hazards.
- Conduct post incident/accident investigations and prepare reports identifying possible causes and solutions.
- Oversee workers compensation claims.
- Coordinate initial medical care for injured employee and accompany them to medical care facility.
- Investigate and resolve property damage complaints.
- Coordinate with outside training resources for courses such as First Aid/CPR, Defensive Driver, OSHA 10, etc.
- Administer drug tests in a variety of settings.
