What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk position at IO Datasphere?
Our client is looking for a Help desk to provide support to end users on a variety of IT issues.
Tasks:
· Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
· Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
· Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
NOTE: Candidates must be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI at the candidate''s expense to a driving distance from Madison prior to starting the role. All of work will be done working in the office on Femrite Drive in Madison WI. This is permanently a 3rd shift position working in the Madison Femrite office and exceptional attendance is expected. This is a 24x7x365 support center which is open all Holidays and to ensure adequate coverage an occasional shift in work hours and overtime may be necessary.

Contract: 1 year
Skills Required:
6 months in the following:
· Experience with Customer Service
· Basic IT Troubleshooting
· Call center experience
