Job Title: SyteLine System Administrator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SyteLine System Administrator to join our IT team. This role will focus on managing, supporting, and optimizing our on-premise SyteLine ERP platform, ensuring smooth operations across modules, customizations, and integrations. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise, experience in manufacturing environments, and a strong work ethic, thriving in a fast-paced and high-impact setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the SyteLine ERP platform, including modules, licenses, updates, and patches.
Configure and support ERP modules such as customer/vendor portals, prepay/proof pay functions, and AP automation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external implementation partners to deploy new solutions and ensure system stability.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and ERP-related projects.
Support custom development integrations via APIs and in-house development efforts.
Train and assist end-users on ERP functionality and best practices.
Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and overall system optimization.
Required Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with SyteLine ERP systems in a production environment.
Solid understanding of ERP administration, system upgrades, patches, and module configuration.
Experience with ERP integrations, customizations, and API-based workflows.
Familiarity with manufacturing operations and processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working directly with SyteLine implementation partners.
Background in supporting ERP systems in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
Prior experience with hybrid cloud/on-prem ERP environments.
