Location: Downtown Tampa

Salary: $45,000 – $60,000 DOE Uncapped Commission

iO Associates is looking for ambitious, driven, and relationship-focused individuals to join our growing Financial Services recruitment team in Tampa. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 6-18 months of financial services recruitment or sales experience who wants to build a long-term career in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

This is a sales-focused 360 recruitment role where you will be responsible for candidate sourcing, client relationships, business development, lead generation, and account management across the Financial Services market.

Our Financial Services team partners with organisations across the investment and private banking ecosystem, including funds, portfolio management firms, and businesses that support financial investment operations. This market focus offers consultants the opportunity to work with high-growth organisations outside of traditional retail banking environments.

As a reward, you’ll have access to one of the best commission structures in Tampa - up to 30% commission, uncapped, with no threshold.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Source and engage Financial Services candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and job boards
• Build and manage strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
• Generate leads and develop new client relationships
• Manage client accounts and support live hiring processes
• Conduct candidate screening calls and interviews
• Coordinate interviews and manage feedback processes
• Build talent pipelines within specialist FS markets
• Use CRM systems to manage candidate and client activity
• Work in a target-driven, high-performance sales environment

What We’re Looking For

• 6-18 months experience in financial services recruitment, BDR/SDR, or sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, confident, and driven personality
• Strong work ethic with a desire to continuously improve
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
