Job Summary
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the SELPA Director, plans and provides language, speech, hearing and educational services to school districts and to the Inyo County Office of Education; screen students to determine eligibility; work as an active, productive member of the Individual Educational Plan (IEP) team; track the progress of students in the program, maintain case files and create reports; responsibly perform a variety of instructional services within a well-defined framework of policies, procedures and objectives; use sound judgment and initiative in working with students; provide weekly and monthly reports of services, screening and assessments and do other related work as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
•Possession of or ability to obtain a valid California Credential/Waiver authorizing Language, Speech, & Hearing. for public schools. •Two (2) Letters of Reference/Recommendation •Letter of Introduction •Current Resume •Application (Waiver candidates must show evidence of program enrollment leading to credential authorizing Speech Therapy for public schools)
