We will train right candidate to operate a Mill Machine and on TPM activities. As a Mill/Mixer Operator you will be responsible to:Run batches of ink at proper mill settings.Package finished product in various containers and apply labelsClean and maintain machine to TPM StandardsLearn and apply TPM knowledge to daily activitiesWeigh-Up Batches: Shift auto and manual steps. Follow process order of addition.Mix Batch: Discharge pigment and operate mixer safely; follow and adhere to all INX Mixer SOP'sHockmeyer mill operation: Run and maintain optimum OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) standardsCreate and maintain a database of all existing formulas including processing timesCanningOperate the following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forkliftTo act as a QC liaison, providing ink samples, making ink adjustments, and recording dataComplete scheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting proceduresHelp with repacksQualificationsTo perform your job as expected, you will be required to:Have a high school diploma or (GED) desired;Have 3 months of work related experienceDemonstrate good math and basic computer skills,Have attention to detailBe reliable to work assigned shiftBe flexible to work overtime as requiredHave a strong Autonomous Maintenance (AM) background.  Be able to perform an active role with any multi disciplinary teams.Have good attendance and punctualityBe able to lift up to 50 lbs. as required  In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:Forklift experience, but we can train youMixing, Mill, and Pump filter industry backgroundAdditional InformationWe offer a competitive salary with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, pet insurance, HSA and FSA, long-term care, 401(k), and more.
