DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create, update, and maintain purchase orders within the ERP system.
· Follow up with suppliers to confirm order receipt, ship dates, and delivery status.
· Track open orders and proactively communicate delays or issues to the team.
· Ensure all pricing, quantities, and lead times are accurately recorded.
· Collect and organize supplier documentation (COAs, specs, invoices, certifications, etc.).
· Maintain accurate digital and physical records for audits and compliance.
· Assist with vendor onboarding by gathering required forms and documentation.
· Support data entry and system updates to keep purchasing information current.
· Flag any potential shortages to purchasing or planning teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various
· backgrounds.
· 1 year of administrative, purchasing, or supply chain experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
