Must be able to work on your feet for 10 hour shifts.

We follow GMP’s which means no food or jewelry in the work area and strict uniform and hygiene practices.

Position Summary: Follow batch records and SOPs to inspect products at every step of the packaging process into the form in which it will be shipped.

Work Schedules: Monday-Thursday, 1st Shift - 5:00am-3:30pm or 2nd Shift - 3:45pm-2:15am (Overtime on Fridays may be required)

Essential Functions and Responsibilities to ensure the quality and safety of the product will include, but not be limited to:

• Stock and sort product and packaging supplies such as, film, boxes, lids, bottles, ink, labels, etc.
• Measure and examine materials and finished products to ensure conformance to established standards.
• Inspect lot numbers, expiration dates, and other specifications before packaging.
• Place materials into containers, cartons and boxes.
• Seal containers or boxes using hands, fasteners, tape, and hand tools.
• Remove damaged or otherwise inferior materials or packing supplies.
• Transfer materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
• Clean and sterilize the equipment and tools as specified.
• Provide information or indication of problems to Management or Quality Assurance.
• Reports to work regularly and on time.
• Perform duties safely and to report unsafe conditions or actions.
• Assists in other duties as needed and directed.
  
  

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• Must occasionally lift 25 lbs. or move up to 100 lbs. using pallet jacks.
• Required to stand, walk, use hands and arms, and occasionally to pull for entire 10 hour shift.
  
  

Work Environment

• The employee is regularly exposed to noise, and to airborne particles, including some allergens.
• Completion of duties must be done within an allotted time which may create a sense of time pressure to meet deadlines.

Pay: $16.00 per hour ($1 Shift differential for 2nd Shift @ $17 hourly)
