Job Overview:
We are currently seeking Packers to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsibly to packing/unpacking and loading/unloading household goods into proper containers/crates, while complying with company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Package items securely in boxes or containers according to specific instructions
- Label packages accurately with required information
- Inspect items to ensure proper packaging to minimize any damage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with documentation and inventorying in pack-out and pack-back
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in packing and unpacking of House hold goods is a plus
- Ensure packaging quality meets set standards and specifications
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks consistently
- Basic knowledge of materials handling techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing orders
- Experience with Pack-out and Pack-back in the Mitigation and Restoration Industry
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
